With zero experience in jewelry design and a growing obsession with photo lockets, I one day decided to try and figure out how to make a few piece that I could enjoy wearing.
I spent hours online reading and watching tutorials that taught me the basics of working with my chosen materials, and then spent many months experimenting with supplies, colours and techniques to achieve my desired look and improve my skills.
After many compliments and much encouragement from family and friends, I decided to launch my Etsy shop in 2013, where I now sell necklaces, photo lockets, and rings. I run all aspects of this shop by myself, which includes buying supplies, crafting each piece by hand, photographing products, uploading them to the shop, and communicating with customers.
To me Wunderbelles is not only a small business, but as project that has allowed me to create and express my creativity IRL and away from the digital world.
